1. Trip Cancellation by Rider
- Orbits does not charge a cancellation fee to the riders,
- Orbits does not refund a cancellation fee to the drivers
2. Trip Cancellation by Driver
- Drivers cancellations are very limited to emergencies, safety, vehicle issues, or other legitimate reasons.
- Repeated cancellations by a driver may result in account review or suspension.
3. Refund Eligibility
Riders may request refunds under the following conditions:
- Trip not completed due to technical or platform errors
- Overcharges or incorrect fare calculations
- Fraudulent activity or safety incidents
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the trip.
4. Refund Process
- Requests are reviewed by Orbits support team.
- If approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Payment Disputes
- Any disputes regarding charges should first be reported to the Orbits apps or via support@orbitsx.com.
- Orbits will review the request and communicate resolution promptly.

Orbits reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
Disputes arising from refunds or cancellations are subject to the jurisdiction of New York courts.
