Riders are responsible for:

- Respecting drivers and other riders
- Reporting incidents promptly using the in-app support feature

Drivers are expected to:

3. Insurance Requirements
- Drivers must maintain legally required a TLC commercial insurance at all times
- Drivers must provide proof of that insurance during onboarding and upon request
- Orbits does not provide a commercial insurance coverage or any other insurance for the drivers or riders

4. Accident & Incident Reporting
- All accidents or safety incidents must be reported immediately the local authorities and through the Orbits app or via support@orbitsx.com

- Never share your login credentials or payment information
- Verify car, driver or rider details before starting a trip

Orbits provides safety guidelines and a platform, but cannot guarantee the conduct of independent drivers or riders.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
