- Fraud or misuse is suspected
You may stop using the Services at any time.

Orbits makes no warranties regarding:
- Availability or reliability of the Services
- Quality or safety of transportation services
- Actions or conduct of Drivers or Riders
8. Limitation of Liability

- Orbits shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Orbits’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Orbits in the six (6) months preceding the claim
